Do you offer quantity discounts? Yes, there is a chart at the bottom of each item page with the quantity discounts for that item. If you have an issue and it's not giving you the discount please contact us and we will get that done for you.

How much does shipping cost? $8.95 for the first item and $0.10 for each one after that.
Does Shop Discount Department Store ship to AK,HI,or PR? No, sorry we only ship to the lower 48 US at this time.
How long will it take for me to receive my package(s)? For your convenience we offer standard shipping. Please allow about 3 business days for us to process your order and about 1-9 business days to get to you after that.

What forms of payment do you accept? Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. We also accept personal checks and money orders, but this method of payment will delay you in getting your order as we have to wait for those to clear before we can process your order.
